| 摘 要： | 统一度量衡制是秦始皇巩固统一的重要措施之一。秦朝通过一系列具体、严厉又符合实际 ,比较科学的措施 ,形成一套从中央到地方的保障体系 ,最终实现度量衡制的计量单位、进位制、量值标准三个方面的全面统一。

By a serious of specific,hard and scientific measures,Qin Dynasty formed a whole nationed defending system,and realized the standardizing of Measure Unit,Carrying System and Measure Standard. |
