新疆托克逊县博斯坦乡教育和就业情况调查

新疆托克逊县博斯坦乡奥依曼卡热子和铁依甫阿吉卡热子两个自然村 1984年入学的 82个适龄儿童中 ,6 7人的受教育和就业情况实地跟踪调查表明 ,两个自然村适龄儿童的入学率、升学率都很高 ;师资力量在数量和质量上都在提高 ;但家庭经济基础薄弱 ;农村学校的经济基础和师资队伍目前还不具备搞现代化教学 ;相对于每年的高入学率、高升学率以及高毕业率而言 ,托克逊县能提供的就业机会非常有限。这些矛盾只能在经济的发展、教学体制的改革以及思想观念的转变中得到解决

Investigation on Education and Employment of Bostan Township, Toqsun County in Xinjiang

The author made a follow|up investigation on education and employment in two natural villages:Oyman Kariz and Tiyip Haji Kariz under Bostan Township in Toqsun County in Xinjiang.Among 82 children of school age in 1984,67 were investigated.The author thinks there are high rates of enrolment and admission into higher schools among the children in these two villages,and the quantity and quality of teaching staff are improving.However,because of the poor economic conditions,the rural schools are unable to modernize their teaching facilities and methods and although the rates of enrolment,admission into higher schools and graduation are high,employment chances are very limited in Toqsun County.
