| 摘 要： | 特殊教育教材和小语种教材在近年的发展中遇到一些问题。这些问题的产生与中小学教材管理体制改革和文化体制改革没有充分顾及特殊教育教材和小语种教材的特殊性有一定的关系。在对中小学教材管理体制和文化体制进行市场化改革的过程中,政府相关部门应关注这类特殊教材的发展困境,并通过政策的调整和制度的建立,保障其稳定发展。

| Abstract: | In recent years,there appear some problems in the development of the teaching materials of special education and minority languages,which has close relation with the neglect of the features ot the two kinds of teaching materials in the reform of teaching material management system and culture system.Therefore,government should attach much importance to the development dilemmas of them in the market-oriented reform of teaching material management system and culture system and guaran- tee their development through the adjustment of policy and the establishment of the system. |
