| Abstract: | Based on the communication scientific theory of Organization Behavior,this paper has described the Communication Principle of extreme programming,which is the first principle of the four principles.At the same time,combining with pair programming practice,the paper illustrated corresponding duty assign and pattern.Finally,some communicational skills are introduced. |
