优势匹配感对员工双元行为的影响机制研究

摘    要:基于积极心理学研究视角,探讨优势匹配感对员工双元行为的影响,并对其中的多重中介机制进行分析.基于高科技行业员工的研究结果表明,优势匹配感对员工双元行为有显著正向影响,其中包括直接影响和间接影响.在间接影响方面,优势匹配感对员工双元行为产生影响的路径有两条,一是通过影响员工活力而影响其双元行为;二是通过影响员工活力而正向影响其学习目标导向,进而对双元行为产生影响.

Abstract:From the perspective of positive psychology, the relationship between perceived organizational support of strength use (POSSU) and employee ambidextrous behavior and the related mediating variables between them is explored by collecting data from employees of high-tech industry.Path analyses show that POSSU is positively associated with employee ambidextrous behavior directly and indirectly through the mediation of vitality and learning goal orientation.Specifically, POSSU is related to higher vitality and then to higher employee ambidextrous behavior, meanwhile, learning goal orientation playes a partially mediating role in the relationship between vitality and employee ambidextrous behavior.
