财政系统政府网站评价与财政电子政务发展对策研究

财政系统电子政务是我国电子政务建设的重要内容。目前我国的财政系统网站建设已进入高速发展时期,各省、自治区、直辖市财政网站已具备了基本财政信息发布和一些在线办事的功能,极大地便利了社会公众的需求。但在其发展过程中仍然存在许多问题,若不得到及时的解决,将会严重阻碍我国的财政电子政务建设步伐。本文通过建立一套省级财政系统网站评价指标体系,对各省级财政网站进行一次比较全面评估,积极寻找我国财政系统网站建设中的问题,并提出了一些相应的对策。

Evaluating financial Government website and Finance e-Government Development Strategies

E-finance is an important content in our country’s e-government construction.Recently,the construction of our country’s government websites has entered a period of rapid development.All Provincial Government Websites as well as regional government and Municipal government,have the function of financial information releasing,Online Work.It is greatly meet the requirement of the public.However,there are a lot of problems in the development,and if these problems is not solved in time,it will seriously affect our country’s e-government construction.According to the establishment of a set of evaluation index system of government websites and comprehensive assessment to the provincial government websites,this article is searching for a solution to the problems in the development and gives some suggestion.
