| 摘 要： | 心理免疫系统是健康的心理保护系统。广义地讲,所有有利于健康维护、保持和提升的策略都是心理免疫系统的结构。心理免疫系统结构包括认知、情绪、人格和行为应对结构。依据压力事件和心理免疫系统交互作用的三种不同结果,心理免疫系统的理论模型包括健康恢复模型、健康维护模型和健康促进模型。目前,心理免疫系统的测量主要采用量表法,间接测量压力恢复的效能因素、适应性因素和压力反应类型。心理免疫系统研究仍需进一步探究其概念、结构层次、功能测定和内部机制,特别是日常烦心事压力水平下心理免疫系统的保护机制。

| Abstract: | Psychological immune system is a protective system for health.Extensively,what recover,maintain and promote health is belonging to psychological immune system,which includes cognition,emotion,personality and behavior strateges.According to interaction of Psychological immune system model and stress events,there are three models,health recover model,health maintain model and health promotion model.By far,have we got psychological immune function indirectly by inventories,focus on recover factors,adaptability and response factors.The conception,constucture,function measure and mechanism of Psychological immune system need to be further researched,especially psychological immune system mechanism of daily hassles. |
