| 摘 要： | 运用调查法、文献资料法、交谈法、数学与统计法等方法对湖南省某地方新建本科高校教职工健康现状等进行分析研究,结果表明:地方性新建本科院校教职工健康状况较好,但教师群体普遍存在教学工作忙、科研任务重、身心压力较大等。地方性新建本科院校应制定有关教职工健康方面的制度和计划,并对不健康者进行长期跟踪实验与检测,提高教职工健康水平。

| Abstract: | Using such approaches as investigation,literature material,conversation,mathematics and statistics and so on the author analyzed and studied the present situation of staff health in some local newly-built colleges in Hunan Province.The result shows that the general health condition is good,but the teacher group are busy with their teaching work and heavy research work,and are faced with great physical and mental pressure.Therefore,the colleges should make institutions and plans concerning staff health,and track-exam and test those of poor health to improve staff health level. |
