| 摘 要： | 在学校教育中,后进生问题遍及每个学校的每个班级,是每位教育工作者不可回避的问题。因学生发展的不平衡性及多种因素影响,后进生的存在不可避免。一般占学生总数的7%-10%左右,其形成主要受自身因素、家庭因素、社会因素的影响。老师要做好后进生转化工作,应降低要求,建立感情,热情鼓励,激发兴趣。

| Abstract: | During the educating,underachiever pProblem is a ubiquity one,which every teacher has to meet in every class.Due to the unbalancedness of the growth and some other factors,it can not be avoided.The underachievers usually occupy 7%-10% of the total number of the students.The form of it may be individual problem,family problem,society problem.To help the underachievers,teachers should modify their demands,establish relationships,warmly encourage and arouse their interests. |
