| 摘 要： | 轮椅车的前轮举起动作是通过肘关节的用力伸展,给予轮椅车以前进的加速度,并由此产生一个惯性力,轮椅车以后车轴为旋转中心产生旋转。目前轮椅车前轮举起动作的训练方法,主要有床架法和借助法两种。

| Abstract: | Lifting up caster of wheelchair is finished with the extension of the elbow joints to give impetus to the wheelchair and form an inertia. The wheelchair rotates with the hind axis as the center. There are two training methods of lifting up caster of the wheelchair. |
