| 摘 要： | 本文对项目融资方式BOT和ABS,从运作难度和融资成本、所承担的投资风险、项目所有权和运营权、项目资金来源、适用范围这五个方面进行了比较,分析了两者的差异,并得出结论它们在基础设施领域融资中只要区分具体情况加以灵活运用,就能各展其所长。
