21世纪新中日关系反思启示录

“9.18事变”已经过去了73年,73年里中日关系的发展经历了仇恨——冷冻——友好——反思等几个历史发展阶段。新世纪伊始,由于中日两国在历史问题上的困难性、复杂性、情绪性,导致中日关系出现新的波折。两国国民间互不信任、不理解的情绪加深,如何重塑良好的中日关系成为两国关注的焦点。从对日关系新思维中得到启示,着重从历史问题的敏感性、国民问题的共性与差异性入手,反思中日建交33年来中日关系的发展史,并提出几点解决中日两国现存问题的意见。

Reflections On New Sino-Japan Relations In the 21st Century

It has been 73 years past since Sep. 18 Incident of 1931 . During those years , the Sino-Japan relations has experienced several periods : hatred , deadlock , friendship , reflection . At the beginning of 21st century , the difficulty , the complexity of the historical problems and the resentment between two nations have resulted in the charges of their relations . the distrust and failure of understanding have been deepened ,thus the top issue is have to reshape a friendly relationship . With a insight from a new understanding of the relations , the character paper , from the sensitivity of the historical problems , the general and the individuality of different peoples , aims at reflecting upon the 33 years ' Sino-Japan relationship since establishing diplomatic relations and puts forward some views of the solving of the present problems .
