| 摘 要： | 学习动机无疑对学习有积极的促进作用,然而,学习动机是否越强越好？笔者发现学习动机过强的学生为会自己设置一个高目标,他们渴望赞美与肯定,达不到就痛苦自责,甚至有强烈的羞耻感.笔者探索了学习动机过强的社会文化因素与家庭教养方式的影响,并从心理学的角度提出了调适的策略.
