高职院校班级管理方法探索

随着我国高职教育的大力发展，高职学生的主体意识开始增强，学生类型呈现多样性。班主任在对班级进行管理时，要适应当前形势，打破传统，勇于创新。从班级管理的前期准备工作、班级学生干部队伍建设、班级发展规划、班级文化内涵建设、班级日常教育这五方面对高职院校班级管理方法进行探索。

Exploration on the Class Management Methods of Higher Vocational Education

With the development of higher vocational education in China, college students＇ subjective sense has been gradually increasing and their types are facing with diversity. Therefore, when managing a class, the head teacher should be well adaptive to the current situation, and dare to break free from conventions and to innovate. Based on that, this thesis is aimed to explore the class management methods of higher vocational education from five aspects, which are preparations of class management, the establishment of students cadres＇ team, the class developing plan, the connotation construction of class culture, and the class daily education.
