| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了平时作业管理在现代远程开放教育教学过程中对于学生树立全新学习观念、提高学习能力和规范作业管理等方面的促进作用。同时，针对兵团电大在平时作业管理方面存在的诸多问题，提出了构建平时作业考核的监督管理与质量保证体系的具体思路和措施，对开往教育试点在该校的顺利推展具有指导和实践意义。

| Abstract: | The article explains the rules of daily assignment management in building up new learning concepts, improving learning abilities and standardizing assignment management for modern distance education. Meanwhile, to the practical problems in Xinjiang Production and Construction Group RTVU, it presents thoughts and measures in constructing the daily assignment evaluation monitoring and guarantee system, which has some guiding and practical influence on the open education. |
