| 摘 要： | 】素质教育是与现代社会可持续发展相呼应的一种发展的教育观。素质教育强调的是一种宽“适应”的基础，是一种做人的素养，是一种做学问的功底。提倡素质教育，反对应试教育，不是要否定或取消考试，而是从素质教育着眼，改革现行的考试方法。笔试是目前学科各门课程以及术科理论部分普遍采用的基本考试类型，也是认识最为笼统，运用极其粗糙的一类考试。笔试就其答题的表现形式，分为开卷考与闭卷考；就其考试内容是否超出教科书的范围，分为封闭型与开放型。表现形式与考试内容相结合，就演化出笔试的四种具体形式：闭卷封闭式、开卷封闭式、闭卷开放式和开卷开放式
