| 摘 要： | 2008年6月至今,一则关于足球女记者陆幽的宫外孕传闻绵延不绝。在谣言传播的中转环节中,商业网站同时充当了准专业核实者和传谣者的双重角色。这种角色的深层因素,是商业网站所面临的既可制作非时政类新闻又无采访权的制度悖论。由于这种悖论的存在,商业网站兼具专业新闻机构和民间新闻机构双重性质,其自制新闻的专业水准与传统媒体仍有相当大的差距,无法成为真正意义上的权威媒体。
