专业学位研究生科研能力培养的困境及出路--基于新知识生产模式的视角

摘    要:世界范围内政治、经济和科技的快速发展带来知识生产模式的转变。在此背景下,我国知识生产的政策环境、经济环境和学术环境也随之而变,新的知识生产模式对我国的影响逐步加强,由此对我国专业学位研究生科研能力的培养提出新的要求。当前我国专业学位研究生培养在培养模式、课程设置、教学方式和导师指导等方面存在诸多问题,对专业学位研究生科研能力的培养带来不利影响,无法满足国家和社会的需求。为此,需通过建立一套专属于专业学位研究生的有效培养模式,并形成与其相适应的课程体系、教学方略、导师指导方式,从而使专业学位研究生的培养质量满足国家和社会的需求。

Abstract:The rapid development of politics, economy and science and technology around the world has brought about a shift in the knowledge production model. Under this background, the policy environment, economic environment and academic environment of knowledge production in China have also changed, and the influence of new knowledge production mode on China has been gradually strengthened, which puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of scientific research ability of application-oriented graduates in China. However, there are many problems in the training mode, curriculum, teaching methods and tutor guidance of application-oriented graduates in China. To meet the needs of the state and society, it is necessary to establish an effective training model for those application-oriented graduate students, and based on this model, a curriculum system, proper teaching strategies, and a mentoring method need to be set up.
