中国发展私人办学从政策到实践的文化障碍

中国的私人办学经过近20余年的顽强发展已经形成了一定的规模。从中国未来一个时期教育发展的前景看，私人办学还有很大的有效发展空间。这不仅表现在从学前教育到高等教育各层次教育的发展上。而且表现在各种类型教育的发展上。但不论是私人办学本身还是社会环境。都存在许多阻碍私人办学进一步发展的因素。因此，要使私人办学获得更大的发展必须消除其所面临的文化障碍。

Analyses of the Culture Hindrances of Developing Private School in China

This thesis states that the development of the private schools in China in the last two decades has formed its own features and scale. It suggests that there is a large room for the further development of private schools in the near future and there are some drawback factors as well. This thesis put forward that it is essential to clear up the culture hindrances to achieve effective developing.
