我国“阳光体育”长效机制与战略对策

在中央全面部署提高学生体质健康水平工作的背景下,从目标机制、政府调控机制、法律法规机制、激励机制、整合机制、适应机制、评价监测机制、社会保障机制和借鉴国外健康体质保障机制等方面,对＂阳光体育＂长效机制构建现状进行调查分析,针对存在的问题和不足,分别提出了战略对策,为建立和完善制度化、规范化、法制化的＂阳光体育＂长效机制提供依据。
