| Abstract: | Through social investigation, the author put forwards the overall countermeasure of much ploy integral on how to enhance the capital of healthy manpower in the northwest minority region at the eve of 21century based on the mastering model of national fitness. It suggests nine areas of works in order to enhance the capital of healthy of manpower in northwest minority region. |
