Discussion on the Models of Japan's and Korea's Utilization of Foreign Investment and Indigenous Innovation

This article examines Japan and Korea's use of foreign investment and the country's innovation during the years from their initial economic development to their eventual take-off,and then it discusses how China can promote its innovation via utilising foreign investment.The measures we propose are: gradually opening up to foreign investment,employing foreign investment based on national and regional industry structures,adopting different measures to utilise foreign investment and technologies,encouraging the introduction of overseas technologies and talents.
