摘    要:从20世纪90年代开始,德国劳动关系模式面临着新的挑战。主要的原因是德国近二十年来政治经济及国际环境发生了较大的变化。德国持续多年的高失业和低经济增长引发了劳资矛盾的激化,劳资政三方以及行业级别的集体谈判面临着变化和挑战。对德国劳动关系变化的研究对新形势下其他国家的变革和发展也具有很深的借鉴意义。
