| 摘 要： | 文章从需要的周期性角度简要分析了对马斯洛需要层次论的理解，认为个体的需要是周期性地存在的；需要周期具有层次性，每个层次的不同需要也具有周期性，需要周期的层次构成相互联系的统一。

| Abstract: | The article analyses the Maslows Need Hierarchy Theory from the periodical angle. The author thinks that the need of individual exists periodically, and requires hierarchy; the different need of every hierarchy also calls for periodicity; the hierarchy of need periodicity constitutes the unity of interrelation. |
