执政安全是指执政党执政不存在危险或受到内外执政风险影响下能保持执政地位。只有坚持解放思想、实事求是,坚持以经济建设为中心,坚持改革开放,坚持四项基本原则,坚持代表人民、依靠人民和教育人民,坚持把共产党内部搞好,才能巩固共产党执政的思想、物质、体制、政治、群众和组织基础,从而防范和化解上述风险,保持中国共产党的执政地位,巩固中国共产党的执政安全。

The securities in power mean that the party in power has no danger to lose its power or that it can keep its power by overcoming the risks from home and abroad.These risks can be elimilated by emancipating people's thoughts,making economic development as our central task while adhering to the Four Cardinal Principles and persevering in reform and opening up,representing,relying on and educating the people and building the Chinese Communist Party strong,which can lay good foundations to strengthen the thoughts,materials,system,politics and the masses and organization basis of the party in power and then consolidate the securities of it.
