我国烟叶生产持续发展研究

因为卷烟是特种嗜好消费品，吸烟危害健康，故对烟草实行高锐利。在市场经济条件下，国家对作为卷烟原料的烟叶生产，还必须加强宏观调控，实行计划种植，统一收购。本文论述了我国烟叶生产面临的任务、发展的总体方略、持续发展的对策。
