| 摘 要： | 采用问卷法对大学生社交回避及苦恼与自信的关系进行了研究。采用个人评价量表和社交回避及苦恼量表对重庆文理学院和河北经贸大学492名大学生进行随机抽样测查,结果表明：自信程度与社交回避及苦恼存在不同程度的显著负相关;社会相互作用自信、同人谈话自信、爱情关系自信、总体自信、体育运动自信、心境状态和外表自信以及学业表现自信对社交回避及苦恼具有明显的预测作用,并以社会相互作用自信的预测力最佳。
