| 摘 要： | 基因科技的发展使人类的隐私到了基因的层面。当前我国人类基因资源大量流失，基因隐私保护迫在眉睫，因此，我国民事法律应该明确基因信息属于隐私，并对基因隐私权进行严格的法律保护。

| Abstract: | With the development of gene-tech,it is generally acknowledged that some genetic information is regarded as person's privacy.In our country many human gene resources have run off,and the protection of genetic privacy is urgently needed.So our civil law should make it clear that the genetic information belongs to the privacy and protect the genetic privacy right effectively. |
