Learning Quality Assurance of Open and Distance Learning in the South Eastern Asian Countries

There are eleven comprehensive open and distance colleges in the south eastern Asia. The study of learning quality assurance made by these colleges centers on the following aspects： ＂quality assurance organization structures, quality assurance policies and regulations, the aims of quality assurance activities, quality assurance methods, major organizations of quality assurance and standards of quality assurance. Open and distance colleges from different countries and regions have their own characteristics in the implementation of quality assurance, which has significant influence on the study of international distance education quality assurance.
