高职高专院校人才工作的思路

摘    要:高职高专院校与本科院校的差距,核心是人才资源上的差距,主要表现在人事管理体制上存在很多问题,如管理观念和管理模式陈旧,人才队伍结构不合理,人才学历层偏低,缺乏竞争机制等;需要解放思想,更新观念,要自主培养开发和引进人才并重、机制创新,制度创新等环节进行改革。

Abstract:The core difference between Higher Academy and University is that about talent resources, it Shows as many problems about the managing system of personnel, such as the management idea and management mode being outmoded, the structure of talent's team is unreasonable, the educational record of the talent is too low, lacking of competition mechanism and so on.
