| 摘 要： | 工业设计是企业提升竞争力极为有效的途径，然而，工业设计中的原始创新却很少，消化吸收再创新又存在明显的缺点，只有集成创新才是工业设计创新的必由之路。工业设计中的集成创新可以从战略集成、技术和知识集成、组织集成三个方面进行实施，其中尤其应当注意前期设计要素的收集和准备。
