路桥工程系顶岗实习学生离职原因分析及对策探讨

顶岗实习是实现高职学生与就业岗位需求零距离的需要,是高职院校专业教学的重要内容,在提升学生的综合能力方面起到重要作用。但同时高职学生在顶岗实习期间离职的现象比较严重。针对这一现象,从学生、学校、企业等多方面的角度来分析高职学生顶岗实习期间离职的原因并初步探讨解决措施。

An Analysis about Reasons and Countermeasures of Demission for Internships of Post Practice in Road and Bridge Engineering

Post practice is a necessity to achieve zero distance of employment demand between higher vocational students and jobs, and an important teaching content in higher vocational colleges, playing an important role in promoting students＇ comprehensive abilities. But at the same time, the phe- nomenon that higher vocational students quit jobs during internships is quite serious. As for this phenom- enon, this paper analyzes the reasons for leaving the company during internships for higher vocational students from the perspectives of students, schools, enterprises and other aspects and explores the solu- tions.
