我国犯罪嫌疑人的人道待遇权利

人道主义作为一种思想,要求对人作为人的本质、价值、使命、个性发展等给予充分的关注,对人权给予充分的保护。犯罪嫌疑人作为被暂时性推定为不清白的人,其权利会受到一些影响,但其作为人应该享有的一些基本的权利是不应该被剥夺的。我国大体承认国际刑诉准则的规定,但在实践方面仍有一定的距离。

The Rights of Human Treatment for Criminal Suspects in China

Humanism,as an ideology,asks for more attention to man s nature,value,mission,and personal development,and gives more protection to human rights.Suspects,as an ill-defined person at temporary times,will be limited with some rights.Yet,their basic rights,as human beings,should not be deprived.China confirms the international criminal judicial criteria,but differences are still existed in its practicing.
