论广西北部湾经济区人才资源的开发

摘    要:当前北部湾经济区人才资源存在的主要问题有:人才资源结构严重不合理,公务员队伍结构不合理,创新能力参差不齐,人才流失严重等。为实现区域内人才资源良性发展,应该从改善区域内的创业环境,政策法规环境、生活居住环境以及人文环境等方面入手,创设更好条件,以期能有效地指导人才资源的开发。

Abstract:Irrational human resource structure and civil service team structure, uneven innovative ability, and serious brain drain, etc., constitutes the primary problems in Beibu Gulf Economic Area. For the realization of healthy development of human resources within the area, efforts should be made to create better conditions for improvng the business environment, policy and law environment, living environment and humanity environment and so on, with a view to effectively guiding the development of human resources.
