| 摘 要： | 本研究通过给小白鼠服用不同剂量、水平的维生素 (VB1 、VB6 和 VE) ,并观察记录其游泳时间 (耐力 )的试验 ,对各种试验配方进行优劣排序 ,对各项指标进行全面考察、分析和综合评价 ,优选出一个符合试验研究目的任务的最优配方 [VB1 (0 .2 5 m g)、VB6 (0 .2 5 mg)、VE(2m g) ]。

| Abstract: | The orthogonal experiment is one of the scientific methods, which can study the optimal formulas regarding the multi factor and multi level comparing experiment, except the best optimum seeking arrangement of synthetic factors about the experiment formulas. In our study, the best formula which achieves the experiment goal has been sought by giving different doses of VB1, VB6, VE to the white mice, recording the swimming time of mice, arranging the formulas of different experiment, investigating, analyzing and evaluating all factors of the experiment. The best formula is VB1 0.25mg, VB6 0.25mg and VE 2 mg. |
