| 摘 要： | 为了解我国优秀教练员创新素质的现状和特征,共发放并回收问卷137份。对回收问卷采用SPSS13.0进行探索性因素分析,最后得出优秀教练员的创新素质结构。采用主成分分析、t检验或单因素方差分析进一步分析了优秀教练员创新素质特征要素的水平和分类特点,并在分析的基础上提出相关建议。

| Abstract: | In order to study the creative features of outstanding coaches,137 questionnaires were issued and retrieved.Exploratory factor analysis was used by SPSS 13.0,and the creative structures of outstanding coaches were raised finally.Principal component analysis,t test or ANOVA were also used to make a further analysis of the creative characteristics of outstanding coaches.Some recommendations were made based on the analysis. |
