| 摘 要： | 书法艺术是一种文化素质与修养的体现。书法艺术者要想提高书法艺术创作水平，必须提高自我修养。这里的自我修养主要包括哲学修养、知识修养、综合艺术修养及心理修养。书法艺术者只有不断丰富和加强自我修养，才能不断拓展和提升书法创作水平与境界。

| Abstract: | Calligraphy art is the manifestation of cultural quality and accomplishment. To improve the level of calligraphy creation，calligraphy artists need to increase self-cultivation. Self-cultivation mainly include：philosophy cultivation, knowledge cultivation, comprehensive art cultivation and psychological cultivation. Only by enriching and strengthening the self-cultivation constantly can calligraphy artists expand and promote the level and state of calligraphy creation. |
