| 摘 要： | 1916年6月冯国璋召集南京会议失败后，由于袁世凯的嘱托、倪嗣冲的鼓动和部属的劝说，张勋邀请南京会议代表至徐州召开徐州会议，目的在于缓解袁世凯的退位压力。但随着袁世凯的猝死，会议宗旨随之改为固结北洋团体，拟定十条要纲。此次会议产生了较为深远的影响，张勋与徐州的地位由此得到提升，复辟问题渐趋公开化，北洋政局由此进入了集体领导时期。

| Abstract: | After a failed attempt by Feng Guo-zhang to organize Nanjing Conference in June 1916, because of Yuan Shi-kai＇ s entrustment, Ni Si-chong＇ s instigation and subordinates＇ exhortation, Zhang Xun invited the Nanjing Con- ference representatives to Xuzhou and convoked the First Xuzhou Conference, with a view to relieve Yuan＇ s pressure. But with Yuan＇ s sudden death, the purpose of this conference was revised to strengthen Beiyang Group, and as a re- sult, ten important agreements were drew up. This conference made a profound influence on the trend of political situ- ation. Specifically, Zhang Xun and Xuzhou reached a better position; Zhang Xun＇ s drive to restore the dethroned monarchy got more publication; and the Beiyang political situation entered upon a new phase of collective leadership. |
