对物质能量说的探讨

摘    要:人体运动后,要补充食物,这涉及到对人体生命本质的认识,《生命是什么》一书,认为人体运动时要消耗体内的有效能量,在消耗过程中,体内的紊乱程度逐渐增大,熵值越来越高,当高到一定程度,会导致生命死亡。生理学和运动生理学把这种现象揭示为生命的基本特征,即有机体不断进行新陈代谢,而新陈代谢始终是异化促进同化,所以,人体运动后,物质能量消耗有超量恢复的规律。

Abstract:After human body's exercise,people need to replenish themselves with food. This refers to the understanding of human life's nature. In a book named 'what is life' , it is believed that exercise will consume effective energy in the body. In the course of consuming,the disorder becomes more and more critical and entropy becomes higher and higher. When it arrives a point, it results in the end of life. Physiology and exercise physiology considers the phenomenon as basic characteristic of life,that is body must always be in metabolism,in which dissimilation always promotes assimilation. So after human body's sports the consumption of en ergy has a law which can recover in super capacity.
