| Abstract: | The Red-Yellow-Blue Performance Management Model is based on the educational philosophy：＂laying the good foundation,promotion of development and the pursuit of excellence＂.Its main features are：（1） advocating democracy and being person-oriented;（2） being concerned about the individual effort as well as teamwork;（3）emphasizing the process and dynamic evaluation9;（4）performance-based and continuous improvement.As the management model focuses on the performance improvement,it has played a good role in the development of the high school,and itreally has had great vitality.The article concludes five points：the background,educational idea,features,operating procedures and practice value of the management model,and the article also has provided comprehensive analysis and dialectical thinking about the management model. |
