Abstract:The Red-Yellow-Blue Performance Management Model is based on the educational philosophy:"laying the good foundation,promotion of development and the pursuit of excellence".Its main features are:(1) advocating democracy and being person-oriented;(2) being concerned about the individual effort as well as teamwork;(3)emphasizing the process and dynamic evaluation9;(4)performance-based and continuous improvement.As the management model focuses on the performance improvement,it has played a good role in the development of the high school,and itreally has had great vitality.The article concludes five points:the background,educational idea,features,operating procedures and practice value of the management model,and the article also has provided comprehensive analysis and dialectical thinking about the management model.
