民办高校教学过程问题分析与高效实施策略探索

民办高等教育由于学生等多方面的因素的制约,教学过程应该结合学校特点区别于普通高校。民办高校的教师除少部分教师为专职教师外大多是来自普通高等院校的兼职教师,其在普通高校的教学经验和方法很难与民办高校的学生特点相吻合,这使民办高校的教学环境存在很大问题。分析认为,民办高校教学效果欠佳虽然主要导源于学生,但教学方法的不当也应该承担一定的责任。因此探索民办高校教学过程的高效实施策略就成为必要。

Private College Teaching-Study Procession Analysis And Efficiency Applying Strategy Exploration

Because many kinds of restricting factors from private college(PC),its education procession with its characteristics should be different from general college(GC).Most of the teachers in PC are part-time teachers from GC except few number of full time teachers,whose experiences and methods in GC are not useful to PC,which results in many problems such education circumstances.Analysis thinks that,although most of the reason on education efficiency being bad is from student,improper education method also bearing some of the responsibility.So it is necessary for us to explore the efficiency applying strategy for PC.
