| 摘 要： | 假日制度改革是当前的一个热门话题，针对目前颁布的假日调整方案，民众反响强烈。国家法定假日制度调整对旅游业的发展具有一定的积极作用，但同时也有一定的负面隐患。要消除其不利影响，使旅游业走上可持续发展之路，就必须适时调整旅游发展策略，并加大带薪休假制度的执行力度。

| Abstract: | Reforming our vocation system is a hot topic at present. People have different opinions about the present statutory vacation system. To adjust the system has both active and negative functions to our national tourism. Therefore, we should properly adjust the development strategy of our tourism and reinforce the implementation of the paid vocation system. |
