| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，对近七年来我国13种体育学术期刊公开发表的476篇排球研究论文进行分析。研究认为：隔年发表论文数量波动较大，表明了我国排球科研成果变化的无序性；高校教师已经成为我国排球科研群体的主流；在研究层次上没有形成合理的构成比例，有组织的多学科人员群体联合攻关所占的比例不合理。提出了建立制约与激励机制、鼓励科研创新、培养后备人才的对策。

| Abstract: | By methods of literature,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the paper analyzes 476 volleyball research papers published in 13 key sports periodicals in the recent seven years in China.The analysis indicates: volleyball research achievements change randomly,university teachers have already become the main part of volleyball researchers,reasonable proportion of research levels has not been formed,and the proportion of organized coordinate researches by researchers of different disciplines needs to be improved.The paper puts forward corresponding measures,which are supposed to solve the existing problems. |
