| 摘 要： | 造成“民工荒”的实质是国内的企业缺少起码的社会责任,压低工资、减少保障、淡化福利。靠长期亏待工人低成本扩张和损害环境发展的企业,不仅是不道德的,而且这样的发展也是难以持久的。企业社会责任是时代的召唤,企业勇于承担社会责任,能够促进可持续性发展。

| Abstract: | The substance of "laborer wasteland" is that some domestic enterprises lack minimum social responsibility, lower laborer's welfare and their wages. It is not only immoral but also hard to last for the enterprises who depend on lean unfairly treating laborers and damaging environment to expanse by low cost for a long period. Undertaking enterprise's social responsibility is called out by our times, the enterprises who undertake social responsibility can promote. |
