| Abstract: | It's a task of ethnic higher education to foster ethnic talents in our country, which is the pillar of the western talent strategy. This thesis wants to emphasize on analyzing the chance and challenge of ethnic higher education on the basis of briefly introducing its great achievements. Accordingly the author advances some viewpoint of ethnic higher education how to develop in the future. |
