| 摘 要： | 体育教学应注意学生休闲娱乐意识和能力的培养，让学生懂得怎样去体验生活的乐趣、运动的乐趣，养成空余进行体闲锻炼的习惯，同时，休闲娱乐能力是后天习得的，需要通过教育获得，而通过教育获得的娱乐能力才会更合理、更科学、更系统．
