| Abstract: | From the end of the 19th century till the beginning of the 20th century, the German government strengthened the compulsory education, the vocational and technical education and the construction of the public culture, and regulated the labor education problems generally. A relatively perfectsystem of regulating the labor education problems had been formed, and it produced extensive and profound influence on the development of German economy and society. |
