目前成都中小企业面临的困境及对策建议

当前由美国次贷危机引发的经济危机已危及到我市中小企业的生存与发展。文章认为，目前成都中小企业面临的主要困境是：市场需求萎缩，产品滞销加剧；成本大幅上升，效益加速下降；压缩用工、开始裁员；东南外贸企业抢夺市场；中小企业应对、化解风险能力低。针对这种状况，文章提出了五点对策建议：政府要加强管理和服务，为中小企业生存和发展创造条件；金融部门要大力扶持，帮助中小企业解决融资瓶颈；优化营商环境、服务中小企业；中小企业要积极应对，图存自强；社会各界要关心关注中小企业的发展，增强中小企业的发展信心。

The Dilemma and Counter-measure of Individual Enterprise in Chengdu

The second-hand financial crisis coming from America is hurting the individual enterprises in Chengdu. These enterprises are in dilemma of advance and survival. This article points out that main difficulties enterprises facing are the reduction of market efficiency and employment, rising of over storage and cost, and lay-offs, as well as lower risk competence against foreign enterprises grabbing market. Then, the article proposes the following counter-measures ： 1 ） Government reinforces management and services to improve the survival and developing environment of individual enterprises. 2） Banking system collects funds to assists individual enterprise. 3） Administrative agencies optimize business environment and serves individual businesses. 4） Individual enterprises themselves try to improve the conditions. 5） Society gives more concern and help individual enterprises to develop confidence.
