论我国村民自治立法的完善

我国村民自治的立法经历了从无到有,从不完善到逐渐完善的过程。但随着实践的推进,村民自治的法律法规建设跟不上形势发展的需要已日益显现,甚至在某种程度上影响了村民自治实践的发展。针对目前我国村民自治立法中存在的主要问题,需要从理顺法律渊源、完善法律体系、提高立法技术、吸收创新成果等方面逐步健全,以完善我国独具特色的村民自治法律法规和制度体系,推动村民自治进一步发展。
