| 摘 要： | 公司与农户缔结联盟已成为目前中国农业产业化经营组织的主导模式,提高联盟绩效是该模式成功的关键.以国家级龙头企业广州温氏食品有限公司为例,运用联盟绩效理论分析了提高公司与农户联盟绩效的条件及其重要影响因素,并以此理论为基础提出要对龙头企业进行政府扶持.
